GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

Through this document, DICAROLO 2024 SL (hereinafter “DICAROLO”) sets out the General Terms of Sale governing the purchase process for the products offered on the website https://dicarolo.com/

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms, drafted in Spanish, are governed by Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and complementary regulations (“Consumer Law”).

Access to these terms will always be continuously available on our online platform for consultation and download.

2. PURPOSE

This contract establishes the terms governing the purchase of products sold on https://dicarolo.com.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.

3. SERVICE COVERAGE

Products available on DICAROLO’s website are offered for delivery within Spanish territory.

4 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Order placement is subject to product availability at the time of the request.

If an item is out of stock when processing the order, DICAROLO will promptly inform the customer. Any amount received for unavailable products will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. PURCHASE PROCESS

Browsing our website does not require registration or login. However, to purchase products you must be identified as a registered user or log in at checkout.

Steps to make a purchase:

  • Go to https://dicarolo.com.

  • Select the desired products and the number of units.

  • Add the products to the cart and click “buy”.

  • Before finishing, review the selected products, unit price, order total including taxes, and confirm acceptance of these Terms by ticking the corresponding box.

  • If you made a mistake during the process, contact our Customer Service at info@dicarolo.com indicating your order number and the error detected.

Once the order is placed you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the details and the purchase receipt. Please keep this email and receipt to apply the product warranty or exercise your right of withdrawal as stated in sections 9 and 10 of these Terms.

If you entered any incorrect data during checkout, please contact Customer Service at info@dicarolo.com stating your order number and the error detected.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

6.1. Currency & Rates

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT.

All purchases made through our website will show the unit price and the total price, taxes included.

DICAROLO reserves the right to modify prices. Price changes will not affect purchases completed prior to the publication of the updated prices on the website.

Any offers and discounts will be displayed together with the initial price, which will appear crossed out.


6.2. Accepted payment methods

DICAROLO accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card

  • Bizum

6.4. Transaction Security

Our website is protected by SSL protocol, ensuring secure transactions whether by credit card or other electronic payment methods.

We also apply best practices to ensure user data privacy, security and integrity.

7. WARRANTY

DICAROLO provides a three-year warranty from delivery, pursuant to the Consumer Law. The warranty includes repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances. Misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.

To exercise the warranty, contact us at info@dicarolo.com. Collection will be arranged at the address indicated by the customer at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover possible breakage or wear due to use. The customer must inform DICAROLO of any lack of conformity as soon as possible after becoming aware of it.

If any jewel is handled by a third party outside DICAROLO, the warranty will be void and therefore the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund will be lost.

9. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

DICAROLO may amend these Terms. Changes will not affect orders placed before the update.

Modifications will be notified in this section of the website.


10. JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, the applicable legal rules on competent jurisdiction shall apply.

Disputes will be settled by the courts corresponding to the seller’s registered address.
