Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

If the jewellery you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 calendar days.

Returns will only be accepted if they have been previously authorised by DICAROLO.

This applies exclusively to products purchased through our online store at www.dicarolo.com or any of our authorised physical stores.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

For online purchases, to exercise the right of withdrawal the customer must notify DICAROLO within 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

You can do so by:

  • Emailing info@dicarolo.com clearly stating your wish to withdraw from the purchase, together with the corresponding order number.

  • Or submitting the request via this link: https://dicarolo.com/contactenos.

Please note personalised products are excluded from this right, in accordance with Article 103(c) of the Spanish Consumers and Users Act.

To be accepted, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in perfect condition and with all accessories originally included.

DICAROLO will review the request and, if all requirements are met, will authorise it. Once authorised, we will notify you by email and provide instructions to ship the product to:

The first return shipment will be free of charge for the customer (covered by DICAROLO). Any additional returns related to the same purchase will incur pickup/shipping costs payable by the customer.

Once the product is received and checked, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the authorisation date.

3. Incorrect items

If you receive an item different from the one ordered, DICAROLO will fully resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

We will arrange pickup of the wrong item and delivery of the correct one in the same collection/delivery service.

If the mistake was made by the customer, a similar process will apply.

In any case, please contact info@dicarolo.com to coordinate pickup and delivery.

4. Withdrawals or returns for orders with gifts

If you exercise the right of withdrawal on an order that included a promotional gift, you must also return the gift with the main order.

This ensures the original purchase/return conditions are respected and complies with DICAROLO’s policies.
